  I called and ordered two steak sandwiches with pizza cheese and mushrooms tonight. The lady who took my order did not repeat my order back to me so I said my order a second time to make sure that she heard me. I picked up our sandwiches. They gave me two sandwiches without mushrooms. Of course I live far enough away that it was not worth driving clear back to St.Louis to have them fix the mistake but the worst part was when I called to tell them about their mistake the woman rudely denied making the mistake all together. I ordered both of my sandwiches with mushrooms on them. Everyone in our vehicle heard me order them. Everyone also heard me repeat myself because the lady didn't confirm my order and to top it off, the sandwiches that I did order (two steak sandwiches with pizza cheese and mushrooms) is the only sandwich I have ever ordered from Tony's in over 20 years. I have never ate anything else from Tony's and I didn't appreciate the rude customer service.
